Neha Varughese is the dance coach for the CREST Program.

During her time at CCS, she was the first President of the Music Association for the 2020-2021 school year. She is one of the founding officers of the Music Association, an inaugural member of the upper grades band/orchestra program, and color guard program. This was during a year of virtual learning and she pushed to create events to help students stay connected. She was active in creating a positive and inclusive environment for her peers.

She is currently a member of the Dublin High Orchestra playing violin. She is also on the DHS Varsity Dance Team. She was formally trained in ballet, jazz, and hip hop.

We are thankful to have her return to the CREST Program to create our inaugural 3rd grade dance program. This will serve as a feeder program to allow students to transition to color guard for grades 4-5.

Haili Smith is a former captain of the Cottonwood Creek School Winter Guard. In 2022-2023, she returned to CCS as a coach. In 2023, the Cottonwood Creek School and Fallon Middle School guard programs combined and is under the CREST Program. She has performed with the Dublin Irish Guard. She returns to share her knowledge, skills, and talents with the students of the CREST Program.

Abigail Garguilo is the head coach for the 4th-5th grade CREST color guard program.

She has been a color guard coach at Fallon Middle School from 2021-2023. She joined the middle school team in sixth grade and now performs with the Dublin Irish Guard. Abigail is looking forward to the CREST program coming to life and can’t wait to meet everyone!

Ellie Agin has been coaching Fallon Middle School Color Guard from 2021-2023. She is a proud Fallon alumni and currently participate in the Irish Guard. She has been doing guard ever since she was in sixth grade and 2023 is her ninth season overall. She is excited to get to know everyone and am looking forward to an amazing season with you all! Elena Guo has been a Fallon Middle School colorguard coach since 2021 and is a coach for the 4th-5th grade CREST guard program. She joined the middle school team in 6th grade and has been performing with colorguard ever since, now performing with the Dublin High Colorguard Team. Elena is delighted to join the CREST program and looks forward to a great year ahead!

Hasini Rudraraju was a former coach at Fallon Middle School during the 2021-2022 school year. She joined the middle school guard at Fallon in her 6th grade and has loved it ever since. Currently she is a part of the Irish Guard and attends Dublin High School. She can’t wait to be a part of the CREST Program and meet all the wonderful people who are going to be a part of it.

Liana Wong is a former captain for the Fallon Middle School Color Guard and assisted in coaching the Fallon color guard during the 2022-2023 year. From joining color guard in sixth grade to now performing with the Dublin Irish Guard, color guard has become an integral part of Liana's life, and she is excited for the CREST Program to be an opportunity where others can also experience the wonder of guard for the first time.
